Abstract Experimental investigation of RCC beam provide an important understanding on its flexural properties. The stages involved from the design to casting, curing, testing and interpretation results is time consuming involves economy labour. To reduce above said challenges, numerical seems be alternate without involvement money Preliminary equation which are provided by basic experiments conducted they also give information develop finite element model. This paper presents study properties using effective analysis tool ABAQUS. prototypes were casted their experimentally investigated. validated through model providing suitable for material that actually used prototype with desired loading support conditions. Beam size 3000 x 230 300 mm M20 grade concrete was tested in frame flexure deflection. focussed under reinforced, balanced over reinforced sections. Numerical performed ABAQUS geometry compared experimental results. agreed both values. helps developing reliable models can number required test specimens conducting various study. Also propagation cracks well understood actual specimen.
